3. Booking & Appointments

You may book appointments through our online booking system, by phone at (207) 600-9287, or in person. All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation.

By booking an appointment, you authorize New Levels Wellness to charge any payment method on file in accordance with the payment terms specified at the time of booking.

4. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Our cancellation and no-show policy is as follows:

We appreciate at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as soon as possible by phone, email, or through your booking confirmation. Exceptions to our policy may be granted at our discretion for documented emergencies.

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any form on our Site, you agree to receive text messages from New Levels Wellness.
